Special Mail Services was established by the McNeely family of Irving in 1982. The company was then purchased by the Williams Family in 1988.

Harry Williams and John Williams, a father and son team, have owned and operated the company for over 20 years. Their hands-on approach in taking care of their courier and mail box customers, has established longevity and satisfaction with many companies.
